My name is Rosie and I am a Registered Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I am also a Mum of two children and partner and am passionate about empowering ordinary people to live their best life through improving their health and fitness!

I have run a hugely successful Healthy Fat and Low Carb 12 Week Transformation programme out of my Personal Training Studio in Nelson.
