One on One training with Rosie

Your initial Consultation includes a fitness assessment, goal setting and planning. Weekly programming and planning is aimed towards achieving your goals in a realistic time frame that fits in with your lifestyle.

Initial 1 hour Consultation/assessment – $99

Ongoing sessions are $50 for 30 mins, $70 for 45 mins and $85 for 1 hr.
Please note: Spaces are limited and you must commit to at least 12 weeks of weekly sessions.
