Your initial Consultation includes a fitness assessment, goal setting and planning. Weekly programming and planning is aimed towards achieving your goals in a realistic time frame that fits in with your lifestyle.

Ongoing sessions are $55 for 30 mins, $75 for 45 mins and $90 for 1 hr.
Personalised at home programmes (reviewed 6 weekly) are $119.
Please note: Spaces are limited and you must commit to at least 12 weeks of weekly sessions.
