I soon learned the key to health comes from the food you eat. I wanted to help more people improve their health. So I furthered my study and became a qualified Nutritionist. 

I found a low carbohydrate lifestyle gave myself and my clients energy to go from one busy day to the next. It has also helped us shed weight and abdominal fat.

Frequently asked Questions

I’ve tried other challenges, transformations and programmes but nothing has worked. How is this different?  

The 12 Week Transformation is designed to set you up to make your own food preferences. There are not weeks and weeks of meal plans with another persons choices. 

You will finish the 12 Week Transformation set up to live your healthy lifestyle long term. The exercise is short, sweet and achievable for the busy person. The programme is a sustainable long term solution for your health. That is our point of difference!  

I am vegetarian, dairy free or gluten free. Can I still follow a Ketogenic Lifestyle?

Yes! I have written a Dairy Free and Vegetarian supplementary guide just for you to follow. All the food included in the 

plans and recipes are gluten free as Keto is essentially Gluten and Dairy free.

I am breastfeeding. Can i follow this plan?

Yes! You absolutely can. Please take care to eat enough food to sustain your milk supply. I can work with you on this. All 

the healthy fats can be great for milk supply when done properly.
