KetoFiit is designed to set you up to make your own food preferences. There are not weeks and weeks of meal plans with another persons choices.
You will finish KetoFiit set up to live your healthy lifestyle long term. The exercise is short, sweet and achievable for the busy person. The programme is a sustainable long term solution for your health. That is our point of difference!
I am gluten free. Can I still follow a Ketogenic Lifestyle?
Yes! All the food included in the plans and recipes are gluten free as Keto is essentially Gluten free.
I am breastfeeding. Can I follow this plan?
Yes! You absolutely can. Please take care to eat enough food to sustain your milk supply. I can work with you on this. All the healthy fats can be great for milk supply when done properly.
